Benjamin Winston Partners is a real estate development firm focused on retail, multifamily, and mixed-use projects, with particular expertise in marinas and waterfront destinations.

Our work began in the historic neighborhood of Fells Point in Baltimore, Maryland, where we built our foundation through historic rehabs and complex redevelopment rooted in community. Since then, we have founded nationally recognized concepts, signed leases and developed spaces for James Beard Award–winning chefs and operators, transformed historic properties into lasting institutions, and partnered with organizations across all major professional sports leagues.

And in a way, it all started with a hot dog. A perfectly grilled dog sparked the idea that meaningful things are built one step at a time. “One hot dog at a time” became our motto, a reminder that great places, like great food, come from care, patience, and attention to detail. It’s a philosophy we carry into every project we pursue.
